1. Do you carry sizes greater than 12, or smaller than 8?
Most of our kicks run from size 8 to 12 US Mens only. Some shoes such as Air Force Ones we carry from size 7 to 13. However for Jordans we carry from sizes 8 to 12 only. If you need size 13, we can get our manufacturers to produce size 13 for bulk/wholesale orders only. Checkout our wholesale page for prices.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
As stated in our policies we reserve up to 8 to 15 business days max for total order processing. On average, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's. Review our shipping page & policies page for more details.

3. How can I check my order status?
To check your order status, simply visit our Order Status page by clicking at the 'Order Status' tab at the top right hand corner. You can then check your status by inputting the your order number and postal/zipcode used when placing your order with us. Our order status page is a convenient and fast way to check the status of your order once tracking is available without having to login to your account.

4. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?
Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item. If your approval from the exchange department is granted, you will be issued a confirmation number to have it exchange. SafeKicks must be contacted prior to any returns and a digital picture of the item received must first be provided for our exchange department.
Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.
5. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we currently accept credit card payments, simply add your products to your shopping cart and follow checkout procedures.
6. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
7. What does USD stand for?
USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar, therefore all of our prices are in US dollars.
8. Why are your prices so low?
We strive to keep our customers happy and with cash! So our prices are the
lowest in the market.
9. What are the sizes of your shoes?
All of our shoes are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise stated.
