· Customers are responsible for providing a full
valid address for delivery. Customers are responsible for getting mail
forwarding if they are moving.
· Customers must include a full address including
apartment number as applicable.
· SafeKicks packages will be delivered by EMS/USPS/UPS. A signature is required for the package. If no one is home,
the shoes can be picked up at the post office (bring ID & tracking number).
· All orders will be processed/prepared/packaged within 6-12
business days after payment is received. Your order will then be shipped out,
and a tracking number will be provided once shipped. Shipping normally takes 2-3
business days. That is a total of 8 to 15 business days max to receive
your order. On average most of our customers recieve their order during the first or second week prior to their order.
· If your order is out of stock, you must immediatly contact us within 2-3 business days to send us a replacement for your order. You can either send us an email or contact us by phone to provide us the replacement so we can continue to process and ship your order accordingly as scheduled. . All items are subject to availability. In some (rare) instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed. Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity.
· In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package or held by customs for release (very rare). Buyer's responsibility.
· Customers will receive an email from SafeKicks when their order is processed.
· Your product will be shipped from our facility here in Canada if in-stock.
If your order is not in-stock in our facilities than it will be shipped from our
manufacturers overseas.
· SafeKicks will not ship COD (Cash on Delivery).
· Exchanges on sneakers can be made only if the shoes are in unworn
condition. You must provide us with a valid picture of the shoes you
received if you are planning on exchanging them.
· Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory
defect on the shoes, wrong shoe color/size was sent, mistake made on the part of
SafeKicks.
· Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of
the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences
from the picture, shoes do not fit (see below for more info), I would rather
have a different shoe. · Customers are required to email us within 3 days of
receiving their products if they need to make an exchange. · No refunds on any
orders placed. If there is a problem we will exchange the shoe or
offer a gift certificate which you can use towards your next purchase.
· All sales are final - ask any questions you have
before ordering to limit to prevent any problems.
· If the error is not made on the part of the
supplier or SafeKicks, the customer is responsible for a $25 cancellation/restocking fee per
item.
